Getting Ready for the Summer?

FeaturedBWSunsetV1

The spring term is almost over at Golden Gate University! Some of you are preparing to get away from the school for a couple of months, and some of you are stuck here with us! Well, this might be the first time you will appreciate being stuck at school!

Tell me more, you say? While we’re not ready to reveal anything yet, we can tell you that there is a hell of a brainstorming going on at GGU Social Headquarters (there’s no such place) and we’re looking to get your social lives a little bit more exciting! From visual improvements (hint above) on our website to GGU Social exclusive events, we will have a lot to talk about in the coming weeks!

But this week, we’re talking about celebration!

GGU Social presents…

GGU Social Club Psychology Association

Golden Gate University’s Psychology Association is getting ready for their exciting graduation party to wrap up this term. We thought this week would be the perfect time for us to introduce them to you! Here’s what they have to deliver to us:

“The Golden Gate University Psychology Association was formed to connect, promote, and engage psychology students from both tracks. Our goal is to provide meaningful events and a greater sense of community within the psychology programs at GGU. Our ultimate drive is to connect all members of the psychology programs to other students, professionals, and SGA to provide a better experience while students attend GGU.

Our association runs three events per year, one per semester (Summer, Fall, Winter). We are currently working on improving our outreach and connections so that even those who cannot physically attend events may be present to experience what we’d like to offer students. Thus far we’ve hosted celebrations for students and professional speakers/panels in order for our students to connect with professionals to further their knowledge and increase their network.
You can connect with us at our LinkedIn page, and contact us at ggupsychologyassociation@gmail.com!

We are really appreciating the amount of views we have been receiving since the launch, and your feedback means the world to us! Please contribute in this brand new 4 question survey to let us know a little bit about your thoughts. You can also let us know what you think of GGU Social so far, and submit the topics and features you would like us to include by e-mailing us at ggsocial@ggu.edu!
