We are back from the Winter Break! We would like to take a moment to welcome all of the new and returning members of our community. It’s exciting to be walking in the busy corridors of our campus building once again, and it’s even more exciting to slowly announce what we have been preparing for you, Social Heads, to better your student life at Golden Gate University!
We have decided to have a different format for this week’s #SocialWednesday as there are many things we would like to introduce you to, and we will return back to our regular layout starting next Wednesday.
Our SGA team is encourages all students to share their thoughts, feelings and ideas about the student life at Golden Gate University! If you haven’t met the team and are interested in contacting them, feel free to reach out to them at their e-mail addresses shown in the image above.
If you are new to the community, we highly suggest you to watch the Office of Student Affairs Mini-Documentary that was published on YouTube last term.
We are really excited to announce that our First Anniversary Party will take place in the Student Lounge on January 24th. Whether you’re a returning or a new student, this event will be a great chance for all of you to get to know each other, socialize and have fun. Be on the lookout for next week’s #SocialWednesday to find out more about the event!
Speaking of the Office of Student Affairs, the team has put together a 8-day long workshop series called Student Success Week: Toolkit where you can get to know the GGU community better and understand the benefits of being involved in it. These series are mandatory for our international students, and we highly suggest you to attend to all of the sessions to get to know the key individuals at various departments and get yourself familiarized with the GGU Community. You can find the full schedule below.
