If you missed last week’s #SocialWednesday, you might not have heard about our 2017 Spring Trip announcement!
We are proud and excited to announce that we are organizing a trip to Alcatraz in collaboration with our friends at SGA! This trip will be exclusive to Golden Gate University students and alumni, and will take place on April 1st.
While we wait for the tickets to get delivered, you can click here to sign up for the waitlist, and get ready to purchase your tickets for only $10 starting next week! We highly suggest you to keep on checking our Facebook page and GGU App’s Main Feed to stay up to date.
*Please note that signing up for the waitlist will not reserve your spot in this trip. You will guarantee your spot once you purchase your ticket. There will be a limited number of tickets, and the tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Events to keep an eye on
The Accounting Club will be hosting two events back-to-back in the coming weeks. Their first event Becker CPA Presentation will take place on March 23rd in Room 5210.
And on March 30th, they will host a networking event where students can connect with CalCPA and students from other institutions such as USF, and SFSU!
SGA has put together an Excel Workshop which will be presented by a guest professional, Rex Ryan Magadia. The event is available for all students, and it will take place on March 30th!
There are limited spots available. If you don’t want to miss out, click here to register.
If you would like to learn tips and tricks on stress and mind management, you can stop by Room 5206 on Mondays and Thursdays to benefit from Mind Management Labs. These workshops do not require any RSVPs or commitment.
The department is also offering free guided meditation to all students every Thursday in Room 4208, from 5:30 to 6:30PM throughout the entire Spring Term. Stop by, reduce your stress and increase your peace.
*The event is a drop-in, and you can attend all or just part of the meditation.
