Wellness Resources has launched their brand new initiative, Power of the Pause. This initiative aims to help students increase confidence and performance in the classroom and in their lives by learning and practicing breath and body tools that are proven to increase clarity and presence of mind in the moment.

To learn more about the initiative, you can contact wellness@ggu.edu. If you would like to register for a practice session that will assist you in managing the anxiety-producing experiences of brain blanking or freezing on the spot when called on in class to perform, you can click here.
