Hello everyone,
I hope that everyone is doing well, staying healthy and staying safe. During this time of incredible change happening around the nation it is important that we listen and learn from each other.
This week we are looking forward to the webinar discussion on the Black Lives Matter movement which is going to be hosted by the student leaders of GGU. This is an opportunity to learn from each other, to ask questions and to share our thoughts and feelings.
Our lovely panel consists of GGU alumni who graduated from the law and business schools. We are looking forward to hearing from: Robert Roth, Aisha Leach, Frando Patterson, Emmanuel Hyppolite, Curtis Briggs and Javier Guerrero.
Some of the topics which will be discussed are: racial justice, police brutality, protesting systemic racism, advice on how we can support our communities, defunding the police, impact & long lasting results of the movement and much more.
We hope to see you all there. Let us come together and become a catalyst for change. Please don’t forget to pre-register for the event.
The webinar will be on June 25th, 2020 at 6:00 PM PST. Please pre-register for the event here
